Wrong size? Anything faulty with your order? Send us an email at kingstonequestrian23@gmail.com and we will take you through any returns or refund process needed so you can be 100% happy with your order!

Important: At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders due to our inability to create a return label to post from an overseas country back to us. For a return or size exchange, customer must cover the shipping cost back to us, and for an exchange, we will cover shipping for the the exchange parcel back to the customer. However, other arrangements will be made if there are any issues with the order. Any fault of our own will be covered by us.
